The Credit Union uses Liberty Check Printers to print the "Club" style check, which can be sent to you at no charge. If you're tired of this check style, Liberty provides (at your expense) a host of specially designed check styles that can be viewed on-line. Just click on the Liberty logo below.

Before you begin to place your re-order, you must first have your latest re-order form from the last box of checks. There is a special (one-time only) "Reorder Identification Number" located in the lower right-hand corner of the REORDER slip. You will need this number in addition to the "Start Number" also found on this form.

NOTE: If any printed information needs to be corrected or updated (name, address, etc.) you must re-order through the Credit Union. This is critical account information that must be changed at the Credit Union prior to reorder submission.
