FOR PC USERS

HFS or "Home Financial Services" allows members, via a personal computer and the Internet, to access their accounts. If you would like to sign-up, let us know so you can be logged into the system. NOTE: As of April 1, 2003, WebTv users can have access to the site as long as the user has received the latest WebTv update.

SERVICES

Services offered are: history (at least 90-days) and balance inquiries, downloads to Quicken or MSMoney, transfers to another member's primary share, draft or loan account, and transfers to and from your own accounts (including loan payments).

FEES

The service is provided to you free of charge.

NEAR REAL TIME

To attain maximum "firewall" security, HFS allows information to be viewed in "near real time" mode. Three times during the day, the Credit Union will upload account information to our main server and any unposted internet transactions will be downloaded back to the Credit Union. Internet transactions will appear in red until this Credit Union upload/download takes place.

Please keep in mind that your internet transaction may not be posted to your account in time to cover your Visa Check Card (ATM), ACH, and share draft items. This is especially true if you transfer funds on your PC, then go out to a merchant or ATM machine and expect your funds to be available. We normally do our uploads/downloads around 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Always try to maintain a large enough balance to cover such items beforehand, just in case the computers decide to take the day off!.

As of September 14, 2004, we added draft viewing/printing. Soon, we hope to add loan applications.

Enhanced
Security
Access

Beginning December 2006, additional security was added for member access to accounts via a personal computer. Check HERE to learn more.
