We are setting a target date of December 10, 2007 to upgrade our computer system to enable your HFS transactions to affect your credit union accounts immediately. Currently, we "batch" our transactions and post them to your accounts three times a day. If you have ever transferred money from a share account to your draft account, then tried to use an ATM soon after to withdraw your money, the balance at the ATM would still reflect the pre-transfer balance. This delay should be eliminated with this new real time feature.

We have been processing our Visa Debit Card transactions in batch mode. Visa Debit Card transactions were stored off line, then downloaded to the Credit Union each morning. Sometimes, as much as a three-day time lag would take place. Our installation date is targeted for November 12th after which time all transactions should immediately post to your Credit Union accounts in real time, 24 hours a day/seven days a week.
